Toolworks provides cost-free job placement services to employers throughout the Bay Area, primarily in janitorial/housekeeping, retail, food service, clerical support, and warehouse positions.

Once an employer expresses interest, a Toolworks' job placement professional works closely with a company representative to pinpoint specific workplace needs and ensures that each individual meets or exceeds the company's performance standards.

An invaluable service Toolworks provides is extensive support once the placement is made, including, but not limited to, on-site staff trainers to help the new employee adjust to the job, sign language interpreting and instruction, and accommodation expertise and consultation regarding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
