Toolworks has exceptional clients in every one of our departments. Each month we celebrate two of our most positive and active clients with our VIP of the Month award.

This month, in our Housing Partnerships program, Paul Beck stands out as a VIP. Paul lives in UA Homes, a transitional housing site where Toolworks provides Resident Services. Paul is an energetic participant in our therapy and social activity groups. While he is still working hard to find permanent employment, he has had success finding temporary jobs and contributes what he can to the community. More than that, he demonstrates his caring nature by providing other residents with information about job opportunities and by bringing in food for less financially-secure residents. He really enhances the sense of community at UA Homes.

At the Marriott Marquis, where Toolworks has been providing staffing and job coaching since 1989, our Employment Services department recognized London Lacey as VIP of the month for his consistent great attitude and focus on teamwork. 

One of fourteen Toolworkers working at the Marriott, London comes to work with a smile on his face every day. He always greets guests, hotel staff and peers with a warm welcome and he takes initiative, looking for where help is needed even before someone has to ask.  Further, he makes himself available to fill-in wherever help is needed in our housekeeping, engineering, banqueting, recycling and hospitality departments.

He is a great model for what a Toolworker can be.
