ADRC

Planning a budget. Finding a doctor. Discovering travel discounts.

The Aging and Adult Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is here to be your one stop shop for information and program referral. As a senior 55 years or older or a person with disabilities over the age of 18, the ADRC program offers you the chance to set up an appointment or just stop on by our office to learn about community resources including affordable housing, food stamps, travel vouchers, and more. We can follow up with you on your goals and can even refer you to more intensive case management if it seems like the right choice for you.

We want you to know your rights and to help you remain living independently in the community.

Toolworks’ ADRC is located at 22 Battery St, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94111

Hours: Mon thru Fri – 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Offered languages: English, ASL

To set up an appointment with Toolworks’ ADRC Information and Assistance Specialists or for general information about the program, feel free to email info@toolworks.org or call 415-733-0990 x614.
