- Reports to: Director of Janitorial Services
- Supervises: Lead Janitors/Janitors
- Status / Level: Exempt
- Purpose: On-site contract administration and personnel management for federal janitorial contract.
- Starts: Immediately
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management:
- Manage daily janitorial operations for individual tenants
- Manage the scheduling of all janitors, lead janitors and janitorial supervisors at the building site
- Manage the training for all members of the janitorial crew
- Manage the quality control system for the building site
- Manage the contractual obligation with building management resolving issues as they arise and plan for any and all tag jobs
- Maintain positive business relationships with management/owners of businesses to ensure ongoing satisfaction with Toolworks’ services
Administrative functions:
- Create and maintain quality control inspection reports
- Order all supplies and uniforms for the building site
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner: timings, janitor evaluations, customer satisfaction surveys and employee relations documents as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Education and Experience Requirement:
- B.A. in Business Management of Rehabilitation Counseling or related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working in Building Management
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience
- Experience working and supervising people with developmental disabilities
Skills requirement:
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- ASL and/or Cantonese skills strongly preferred
- Attention to detail
Program requirements:
- Ability to pass a Federal Clearance background check
